Located inside the original automobile route buildings on capitol hill, built from 1919 through 1926 and lovingly refurbished as part of the Melrose Market. Below street level, the market area was converted into an event space. Working with chefs and event coordinators to design the space to provide as much functionality for your guests, vendors and creative vision. This provides a space that is raw and urban yet has all the tools necessary for an error-free event including dimmable cafe lighting, central audio/visual system, forced-air heat and cool systems, ample electrical outlets, and a dedicated catering kitchen.

Your first walk-through until the last load-in/out you will have worked directly with the same coordinator. We have planned countless events in this facility -- we understand what works well, what doesn't and what to plan for.

Our weekday rentals are available Monday through Friday. The minimum weekly rental is $750. We will provide you an event customized to your specifications.
We offer flexible pricing for partial day rentals. We can help create a plan that meets your time and money requirements. We will also host all type of events.
You may reserve weekend (Saturday & Sunday) rentals for as little as $2500. We have made sure our unique venue provides an atmosphere for creating lasting memories.
